Upward and Onward!

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Dominic Houseman to Senior Field Service Engineer. Dom joined us as a Field Service Engineer just last year but has quickly established himself as an integral part of our engineering team.

As Senior Field Service Engineer, Dom plays a crucial role in expanding and managing our Field Service Team with a key focus on customer satisfaction. Congratulations to Dom on his well-deserved promotion!

The photograph shows Dom standing in our new factory with Flex-ESS systems being assembled in the background. Visible are two of our four production lines with a potential capacity to eventually produce at least three units a week. The new factory and office complex will house all of our staff, a testing facility and our research and development department, the old factory is being retained for storage. This is a serious game-changer for MSP Technologies.
