Anti Slavery/Trafficking Policy.

MSP Technologies Ltd is committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking offences inside of our own operation.

We do not tolerate breaches of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 in any capacity, and should we suspect such behaviour is taking place outside of our organisation the appropriate authorities will be informed instantaneously and any exiting or potential business activity with the perpetrator will be terminated without notice.

We do not consider business with any organisation, in the UK or abroad, which knowingly supports, is involved in, or has a previous history in acts of slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory labour.

We do commit ourselves to taking a robust approach to the prevention of slavery and human trafficking business activities and supply chain.

We continually take action to embed a zero-tolerance policy towards modern slavery inside of our organisation.

We do carry out the necessary checks on any potential customer, sub-contractor, supplier or associate as and when required.

Our recruitment and people management processes are also designed to ensure that all prospective employees are legally entitled to work in the UK and to safeguard employees from any abuse or coercion.

Right to Work documentation is manually checked and verified by the correct body prior to offer of employment.
